Return Policy and Rules
The user has the right to return any item of goods in one of the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged and unusable.
- Receiving a product that does not meet the images and specifications listed by the store.
- If the product matches the description and is 100% intact, but the customer does not want it after receiving it, he has the right to return it, but the return costs will be borne by him, and the amount will be returned to him in full after the product arrives at our warehouses and it is confirmed that it is intact and eligible for sale again. The grace period is within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Exceptions to point 3: Customers are not entitled to return large household appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines under point 3 if they are in good condition and as described upon receipt. Also excluded from this right are televisions, electronic devices, and installed appliances such as air conditioners. For example, if you purchased a new washing machine and it was in excellent condition and as described but changed your mind after receiving it, you will not be able to return it under this policy.
Returned goods
Jafar Shop or its participating stores have the right to dispose of, destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned goods in the manner they deem appropriate, provided that the relevant supplier is notified and the necessary measures are taken if such action has been taken by Jafar Shop.
Products not eligible for return
- A product that matches the specifications mentioned on the website and has no manufacturing defects.
- A product that has been used by the buyer in a way that has altered its specifications or damaged it partially or completely, in addition to any product from which the serial number has been removed.
- The customer delayed returning the product for more than 7 days from the delivery date.
Cancel orders
- The user has the right to request cancellation or modification of an order, but before the work team issues the shipping order.
- The user has the right to cancel an order if the product is not received within the specified shipping period and delivered according to the information shown during the purchase process. This may occur for the following reasons:
- A defect exists that prevents the product from actually entering the shipping and delivery process.
- The user may have entered his address incorrectly, in which case the user is the party responsible for this error.
- Lack of clear information tracking the shipping and delivery status of the product.
- The user has the right to cancel any order previously paid by credit card, and the amount will be returned to the customer in full. Jaafar Shop will bear all fees incurred as a result. The amount will be returned within 14 business days.
Note: The customer is responsible for returning any product sent to Aqaba and is not Jafarshop’s responsibility.

JafarShop or its associated stores have the right to dispose of or destroy returned goods in the manner they see fit, provided they notify the concerned supplier and take the necessary measures if this action is taken by JafarShop.
Non-Returnable Products
- Products that match the specifications mentioned on the site and do not have any manufacturing defects.
- Products that have been used by the buyer in a manner that alters or partially or completely damages them, including any product from which the serial number has been removed.
- Products that the customer delayed in returning for more than 7 days from the date of delivery.
Order Cancellations
- Customers have the right to request cancellation or modification of an order, but only before the order has been shipped.
- Customers have the right to cancel an order if the product is not received within the specified shipping period according to the information shown during the purchase process. This may occur for the following reasons:
- A malfunction prevented the product from entering the actual shipping and delivery process.
- The customer provided an incorrect address, in which case the customer bears the responsibility for this error.
- Lack of clear information tracking the shipping and delivery status of the product.
- Customers have the right to cancel any prepaid order made by credit card, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer, with JafarShop bearing all related fees. The refund will be processed within 14 business days.
