Deco Stone Grout - Cementous grouting for stone

Product Description:

Stone Grout: Decorete's ready-to-use, polymer-modified, colored cementitious mortar is specially designed as a tile joint grouting.

Uses :

Deco Stone Grout is used to fill stone joints, whether natural or artificial, as a colored grout for tiles.

Application:

Opening intervals:

After the stone is firmly set, the joints between the stone blocks should be opened with an electric hammer to a depth of about 1/2 inch and a width of at least 1/2 inch, and then the joint should be thoroughly cleaned of any dust or damaged or loose material.

Mixing:

Empty the Deco Stone Grout sachet into a suitable mixing container with approximately 5 liters of potable water, using a working mixer or a heavy-duty drill for at least 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Application :

Using a fine trowel, apply Deco Stone Grout sparingly into the cleaned joints until excess material comes out of the joints, making sure all gaps are completely filled, let the material set for about 30 minutes.

Finishing:

Clean up any excess plaster with a dry broom after it crumbles, then lightly wipe to achieve the desired filler shape. Use a soft brush to polish the plaster surface and remove any existing roughness.
