Shipping and delivery policy to the buyer
Shipping and delivery of products is an essential part of the shopping experience at Jaafar Shop . We are responsible for delivering products of high quality, in accordance with the necessary accuracy and safety standards.
By using Jaafar Shop's delivery services , you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The address to which the product is to be delivered must be written accurately, and we will not be responsible for not receiving the product in this case.
- Please confirm the shipping costs and transaction details before approving and authorizing.
- If you feel there is a problem with the delivery process, please contact our technical support team.
- By using one of the private mail services and related companies, you agree to their policies and terms of use.
Shipping and delivery costs
Our primary determinant in the process of delivering products and goods is the order price according to the following classification:

Delivery Orders: Delivery costs to all governorates are classified according to the order value as follows:
Order value (AED) Delivery cost (AED) 0.1-19.99 3 20-59.99 1.9 60-99.99 1.5 100-199.99 0.99 200 or more Free - Delivery and installation orders: These are specified in the product terms or agreed upon before placing the order.
- Note: There are some large-sized products, such as outdoor greenhouses, garden tanks, or air compressors, that are not subject to these prices and have special pricing depending on the region, size, and nature of the product.
Delivery times:
1- If you place an order before 5 pm, the order will be delivered within 24-72 business hours, taking into consideration Friday and Saturday as holidays or any official holiday declared by the government.
2- In some cases, the order may be delivered after a period of more than 72 hours, depending on the availability of the product in our warehouses in Amman or not. The customer will be informed on the same day he places the order if the delivery of this product will take more than 72 working hours.
3- If the customer places an order after the company’s official working hours, which is 5 pm, the delivery period will be calculated on the next working day.
Return Policy and Rules
The user has the right to return any item of goods in one of the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged and unusable.
- Receiving a product that does not meet the images and specifications listed by the store.
Returned goods
Jaafar Shop or its participating stores have the right to dispose of, destroy or dispose of the returned goods in the manner they deem appropriate, provided that the relevant supplier is notified and the necessary measures are taken if this action has been taken by Jaafar Shop .
Products not eligible for return
- A product that matches the specifications mentioned on the website and has no manufacturing defects.
- A product that has been used by the buyer in a way that has altered its specifications or damaged it partially or completely, in addition to any product from which the serial number has been removed.
- A product that the customer delayed returning for more than 15 days from the delivery date.
Cancel orders
- The user has the right to request cancellation or modification of an order, but before the work team issues the shipping order.
- The user has the right to cancel an order if the product is not received within the specified shipping period and delivered according to the information shown during the purchase process. This may occur for the following reasons:
- A defect exists that prevents the product from actually entering the shipping and delivery process.
- The user may have entered his address incorrectly, in which case the user is responsible for this error.
- Lack of clear information tracking the shipping and delivery status of the product.
- The user has the right to cancel any order previously paid by credit card, and the amount will be returned to the customer in full, with Jafarshop bearing all fees incurred. The amount will be returned within 14 business days.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
The compensation paid to a customer for over-invoicing or for returned goods under Jafarshop's Policy.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
The customer has the right to return the product/s in one of the following cases:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The item was not delivered on the agreed time

With Jafarshop.com now you can receive your orders on your doorstep to all cities in the HKJ and the prices are as the following:
1- Orders to deliver: 3 JDs delivery fees will be added
2- We also deliver to countrysides and prices are the same (Revise previous points).
Delivery times:
1- If you made an order before 5:00 PM, you will receive your order in 24-72 working hours considering that Friday and Saturday are off days with taking into consideration the holidays announced by the Government.
2- In some cases the delivery of some items will take more than 72 working hours depending on the availability of the item in our stock or not, in that case we will call the customer and inform him with the exact day to receive the order.
3- If the client made an order outside the formal working hours (9:00 - 17:00) the order will be considered made the next day.
